If you found this, you were probably searching (like me) to find out who won the Kings of Leon T-Shirt Design contest. The winners were supposed to be announced on their site yesterday, April 12th. However, now it is April 13th and the results have yet to be announced anywhere that I can find.
The only thing I can think of is that the planner of this contest didn't realize that yesterday was Easter, so they were unable to get the band in to pick the winners (the Followills being good Christians and all). So, I think we just have to wait a little longer. I read that a previous design contest they held was never followed through with. Meaning, a bunch of people submitted designs and there was never a winner announced. Hopefully that is not the case here.
While I do not necessarily expect to win the contest (because each of my designs only got about 15-20 votes), I am really anxious to see who did win. There were several designs that I honestly did not like that were getting a lot of votes...and there were some really fantastic designs that were not getting many votes...so I am very curious to see what the band will chose. If anything.
Let me know (by leaving a comment below) if there is another place to look for the results...
